HYBRID JOB 3 DAYS EDINBURGH (TUES-THURS) OFFICE TWO FROM HOME
Full Time / Permanent £44-51,000 per Annum and Excellent Bens

They are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement a global account-based marketing strategy, delivering campaign content to target customer accounts. In line with strategic business goals, this role will develop customer relationships to grow business and deliver return on investment. The successful candidate will have experience in B2B or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of ABM campaigns
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, create personalised marketing strategies for target accounts, and monitor the effectiveness of ABM initiatives
- Create and optimise campaign content, analyse performance, maximise ROI
- Work closely across departments including Product and Commercial to create compelling marketing campaigns that deliver key messages to target audiences
- CRM owner for marketing, including campaign set up, workflow management, and cross-team collaboration in order to develop additional required assets including emails, guides, and delegation for any assets needed e.g., emails, guides, other assets
- Oversee the production of all digital content (especially for website, paid/display advertising and email) in collaboration with other parts of the marketing team and broader business
- Work with the wider marketing team to create performance-driven content tailored to the core target audiences (webinars, emails, landing pages, blogs, campaigns)
You should have proven experience developing, implementing, executing and analysing targeted B2B Account Based Marketing campaigns along with experience working with CRM platforms to establish, manage and maintain workflows. You’ll be fluent in marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, or similar with the ability to translate technical content provided by Product and Engineering teams into external facing marketing collateral. It would also be desirable for you to have a working understanding of SEO, paid acquisition/PPC, content and email marketing and confidence with basic website content management tasks, including blog and news uploads.
This role is a good mix of hands on strategic digital marketing and campaign management in a B2B capacity. It will suit professional and experienced Marketing Executives, Marketing Managers, Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Executives and Agency Account and Senior Account Managers, who are used to deploying one-to-one, one-to-a-few and one-to-many ABM strategies and tactics. You could come from a range of backgrounds and we would be especially keen to hear from anyone working in an engineered products environment, OEMs selling high value capex equipment and services, agency, construction or perhaps specifically marketed software, digital, data, SaaS type applications.
